You can use kproxy.com, flyproxy.com etc. in place of t9space.com
Just put these server in url box in ur browser, enter your desired url and enjoy free browsing and downloading...!
P.S. Use rcomwap/rcommms settings. Don't use rcomnet settings.
This trick is tested in Karnataka & Kerala only. So please check in your state and I think it should work...
